Marc de Bel published his first book in 1986. Since, he has been a full-time author, publishing over 200 titles and giving over 2000 lectures for all ages. Many of his books have been turned into films and comic books. He is regularly awarded prizes by, for example, the Children’s & Youth Jury. Among others, he received De Kleine Cervantes and several of his books were awarded the Inclusive Griffel, for books including characters with disabilities.
