Katinka Lansink Dodero inherited her love for South American cuisine from her Peruvian mother. Under the name cevicheceviche, Katinka runs cooking workshops, develops recipes and gives culinary advice across a wide range of media. In 2021, she published her acclaimed cookbook Mi Casa Peru, which was longlisted for the Golden Cookbook Award.
