Josha Zwaan (1963) was born in New Zealand as the daughter of Dutch immigrants, but at the age of three her parents moved back to the Netherlands. Today she lives and works in Zutphen. Josha Zwaan writes articles and essays for trade journals and newspapers and has her own agency for coaching and process monitoring.
