Joost De Maeseneer (born 1955) was medical chief of the Belgian Cycling Federation for ten years. Since 1989 has worked as a doctor for cycling teams such as TVM, Memory Card – Jack & Jones, CSC – Tiscali, CSC and Saxo Bank. In 2013 he started working for Astana and Tour winner Vincenzo Nibali.
