Ilse Josepha Lazaroms

Ilse Josepha Lazaroms is a writer and scientist. She majored in Gender Studies and got her PHD in Jewish Studies. She lived in the United States for a while, where she did research Hungarian-Jewish stories. Her nomad-like lifestyle brought her to Budapest, Jeruzalem, London, Oslo, Florence and Jena. She now lives in Amsterdam with her daughter. She publishes De Groene Amsterdammer, de Nederlandse Boekengids and De Correspondent. Her debut novel was released in 2021.
