While the clinic is being remodelled, Dr Caro Benedict tries to keep her life intact. It is certainly not going smoothly. Nothing is the same now she has divorced Robbert. Caro tries to keep things civil between them, but that proves to be more difficult than expected. Moreover, her son Teun flees the situation at home by going to all sorts of exorbitant parties and her daughter Sofie has barely recovered from her eating disorder. Meanwhile, Caro has madly fallen in love with her colleague Felix. But Caro’s heart has been broken before and she knows that, in the end, she will have to decide what is best for her.
