Rosa de Winter-Levy

Rosa de Winter-Levy was born on 9 June 1905 in Gelsenkirchen, Germany. Her parents died of the Spanish flu, after which young Rosa moved to the Netherlands. In 1927, she married Emanuel de Winter, who owned a butcher’s shop in Zutphen. A year later, their only child Judy was born. Rosa de Winter-Levy died in 1985.
